use:

5-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone is a flavonoid compound that can be used to prepare a pharmaceutical composition with synergistic effects against drug-resistant fungi, including azole antifungal drugs, 2-substituted benzene pyran-4-one compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or hydrate thereof.

Biological activity:

Mosloflavone is a flavonoid isolated from Scutellariabaicalensis Georgi and has anti-EV71 activity. Mosloflavone inhibits VP2 viral replication and protein expression during the initial stages of viral infection, and inhibits viral VP2 capsid protein synthesis. Mosloflavone is a promising fungicide that inhibits virulence and biofilm formation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

Chemical properties:

Yellow crystal, soluble in methanol, ethanol, DMSO and other organic solvents, derived from Scutellaria baicalensis.
